I was finally able to get pictures today, though it’s three days after my official Day30 of ASYLUM, you have nothing to worry about: my body hasn’t changed much in those three days. I’ll start you off at the end:

Insanity: THE ASYLUM is an intense 30 day workout series with an emphasis on sports performance training. And it kicked my ass up and down my living room every single day. It comes with two resistance bands, an agility ladder, and jump rope. And I never knew how uncoordinated I was until I started using the agility ladder. Step my feet in and out of the ladder and don’t touch the ladder? Sounds easy enough. It wasn’t for me. I might as well have kicked that ladder across the room.
It’s the most intense series I’ve done, and it made me seem like I was one my first day of P90X. And it’s my FAVORITE! I recommend it for anyone that is already in decent shape and is looking to improve upon their current fitness level.
