I used to do yoga all the time until I started neglecting yoga for the longest time. Now that I did it yesterday, today I am sore. I also can’t stretch as far as I used to. I have to admit, I haven’t really liked yoga in the past, but I still did it, because I respected the strength, balance, flexibility, and mental focus it offered. I’m in a different mind set than I used to be. I think I like, nah, ENJOY yoga now!
